Internationalization test for Git

This repository contains some files that use unicode characters in the filenames as shown below:

When cloned onto a Linux box UTF-8 gets used ensuring that these files are created with the names as displayed above. On Windows, with msysgit 1.7.3.1 and below, these are mangled due to encoding mismatching.
